主講人介紹：
??? 曹新宇博士是美國明尼蘇達大學公共事務學院城市與區域規劃副教授。研究興趣包括土地利用和交通的互動，電信技術對交通行為的影響，和生活滿意度。他共發表SCI和SSCI論文50多篇。據谷歌學術統計，他的引用超過3600次； H指數24。曹新宇是美國交通運輸學會（Transportation Research Board）學術委員會委員，Transportation Research Part D副主編（Transportation Research D），二個國際期刊（Transportation, Environment and Behavior）編委，六個期刊的客座編輯。他現在擔任國際中國規劃學會（International Association for China Planning）主席。
??? 曹新宇在清華大學土木與水利學院獲得學士和碩士學位，并獲得美國加州大學戴維斯分校統計系碩士和土木與環境工程系博士學位。他在2006年榮獲美國交通規劃和政策方向最杰出博士論文獎。
