主要內(nèi)容：Cloud services have experienced a decade of explosive growth. With such expansion, cloud services eliminate barriers in reaching users and enable real-time interchanges and intelligence. Using business analytics, cloud services are increasingly embedded in the day-to-day activities of businesses and consumers with competition and innovative pricing. Due to the evolution in cloud business models, new issues are surfacing to challenge practitioners and scholars. A number of issues encountered in the practice have not been properly addressed or even recognized. In a review paper, we attempt to fill this important gap. Based on our understanding of this industry's development and what is happening in practice, we propose a framework of recent business research on cloud services in light of wide adoption of the Software-as-a-Service business model. This framework broadly classifies cloud service research into four basic themes. For each theme, we review past work that has been instrumental in setting the direction of this line of research and discuss how emerging research opportunities can be addressed. We bridge the gap between research and practice by identifying the relevant industry problems that would help researchers who are interested in working in this area both to get a starting point and to address important theoretical and practical challenges. 專家簡(jiǎn)介：李博，寧波（中國(guó)）供應(yīng)鏈創(chuàng)新學(xué)院副教授、學(xué)位項(xiàng)目主任，麻省理工學(xué)院交通與物流中心兼職研究員，德克薩斯農(nóng)工大學(xué)大學(xué)工商管理學(xué)博士。他還獲得了麻省理工學(xué)院的工程碩士學(xué)位和南洋理工大學(xué)的科學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，以及上海交通大學(xué)的工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。
