專家簡介：胡志強教授，Lloyds Professor of Offshore Engineering，英國紐卡斯爾大學工程學院船海技術系主任。英文SCI期刊《Ocean Engineering》副主編，國際船舶結構力學學會 (ISSC) V.6 Ocean Space Utilization委員，英國皇家造船學會成員。主要研究領域包括：海洋可再生能源（浮式風機）；船舶與海洋工程結構物動力響應；船舶碰撞與擱淺。
