報(bào)告簡介：

In this seminar, I would like to use a recent experience of my successful submission to the Academy Journal of Management– Sun, Hu, & Hillman (2016), THE DARK SIDE OF BOARD POLITICAL CAPITAL:ENABLING BLOCKHOLDER RENT APPROPRIATION–to reflect on how to publish a Chinese context paper in top management journals. Specially, my reflections will range from research design, to theory and hypotheses development, to collaboration with co-authors, and to the management of the whole submission, review, and revision process. Particular emphasis will be placed on the challenges of linking the Chinese context to “mainstream” management theories, with the plausible claim of making novel and solid theoretical contributions.

報(bào)告人簡介：

孫霈教授擁有北京大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)士、英國劍橋大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)系經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)碩士、及英國劍橋大學(xué)Judge商學(xué)院管理學(xué)（商業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與戰(zhàn)略）博士學(xué)位，在2005年至2007年為英國諾丁漢大學(xué)商學(xué)院助理教授。2007年底入選復(fù)旦大學(xué)“高層次人才引進(jìn)計(jì)劃”，進(jìn)入復(fù)旦大學(xué)管理學(xué)院工作。2009年獲“上海市浦江人才”稱號，2010年度復(fù)旦大學(xué)管理學(xué)院青年教師新星獎(jiǎng)獲得者,2012年獲復(fù)旦大學(xué)管理學(xué)院MBA教學(xué)評估一等獎(jiǎng)，2015年獲復(fù)旦大學(xué)管理學(xué)院優(yōu)秀科研獎(jiǎng),2016年獲上海市曙光學(xué)者稱號。孫霈教授的主要研究方向?yàn)槿蚧c制度轉(zhuǎn)型中的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、公司治理、產(chǎn)業(yè)組織、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等。他的研究獲國家自然科學(xué)基金及社會(huì)科學(xué)基金資助，并在國內(nèi)外著名學(xué)術(shù)期刊（如《經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》、Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Perspectives, Cambridge Journal of Economics, Economics Letters, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Management & Organization Review, World Development）發(fā)表多篇頗具影響力的學(xué)術(shù)論文。他其關(guān)于我國企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級與轉(zhuǎn)型、及公司治理的學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)見于《第一財(cái)經(jīng)日報(bào)》、《國際金融報(bào)》、《文匯報(bào)》、第一財(cái)經(jīng)頻道《頭腦風(fēng)暴》、英國《金融時(shí)報(bào)》中國峰會(huì)等媒體，并曾為多家跨國公司及國內(nèi)知名企業(yè)提供高管培訓(xùn)與戰(zhàn)略咨詢。
