Supply chain optimisation and Eco-logistics. Recently focused on resilientsupply network for mass customisation, Food supply chain innovation for foodquality and safety assurance and waste reduction. Recent publications are mainly in food supply chain optimisation and Eco-logistics management. Papers on dynamic pricing and food chain traceability are also under revision/review by Omega Journal of Management Science, Journal of Operations Management and InternationalJournal of Logistics.?
